Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

International Journal of Emerging Research in Arts, Science and Technology invites original and high-quality manuscripts from researchers, academicians, scientists, and students working in all areas of Arts, Science, Technology, and interdisciplinary fields.

Authors may submit their manuscripts as e-mail attachments to editor@ijerast.com or through the Online Submission link available on the journal website.

Authors are strongly encouraged to follow the IJERAST Paper Template to ensure smooth review, faster processing, and timely publication.

Criteria for Manuscript Submission

  • Submitted manuscripts must be plagiarism-free.
  • Manuscripts must not contain more than 20% AI-generated content.
  • The manuscript must be original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Writing should be clear, concise, and unambiguous.
  • Data presented must be accurate, valid, and reliable.
  • Discussions and conclusions should be logical and well-supported.
  • Content must be relevant to Arts, Science, Technology, and interdisciplinary research areas.

Preparation of Manuscripts

As part of the submission process, authors are required to comply with the following guidelines. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays in the review or publication process.

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Materials & Methods / Methodology
  • Results & Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

The manuscript must be prepared strictly according to the IJERAST Paper Template (Click here to download the template).

Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in English or Hindi.
  • Submit manuscripts in MS Word format only (.doc or .docx).
  • Authors must strictly follow the IJERAST Paper Template.

Review and Publication Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two subject experts.

  • Acceptance, rejection, or revision notification will be communicated via email within 5–15 days of submission.

Upon acceptance, authors must submit the following documents along with payment details:

  • Copyright Agreement Form (signed and scanned)
  • Author Undertaking Form (signed and scanned)
  • Payment Proof (for publication charges)

Note:
There is no submission or review fee.
A nominal publication fee is applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Publication Timeline

Accepted manuscripts will be published within 2–5 days after the receipt of all required documents and confirmation of payment.
