Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
International Journal of Emerging Research in Arts, Science and Technology is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, and integrity in academic publishing. 1. Duties of Editors
- Publication Decisions: Editors are responsible for deciding which manuscripts are accepted, revised, or rejected based on originality, quality, and relevance.
- Manuscript Evaluation: All submissions undergo an initial screening including plagiarism check, followed by a double-blind peer review process.
- Fair Review: Manuscripts are evaluated solely on academic merit without discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality, or institutional affiliation.
- Confidentiality: Editors must ensure confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and related information.
- Conflict of Interest: Editors must not use unpublished materials for personal research without written consent of the authors.
- Corrections and Retractions: Editors are responsible for publishing corrections, clarifications, or retractions when required.
- Ethical Oversight: Editors must take appropriate action in cases of suspected misconduct supported by clear evidence.
2. Duties of Authors
- Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original and plagiarism-free.
- Exclusive Submission: Manuscripts must not be under consideration elsewhere.
- Authorship: All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research work.
- Data Integrity: Authors must ensure accuracy, validity, and reliability of data and results.
- Source Acknowledgment: Proper citation of all sources is mandatory.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest.
- Human and Animal Ethics: Research involving human or animal subjects must include appropriate ethical approval.
- Corrections: Authors must promptly inform the editor in case of significant errors and cooperate in correction or retraction.
3. Duties of Reviewers
- Confidentiality: Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.
- Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively and constructively, without personal bias.
- Acknowledgment of Sources: Reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited by the authors.
- Ethical Concerns: Reviewers should inform editors about any suspected plagiarism, duplication, or unethical practices.

- Timeliness: Reviewers should complete reviews within the stipulated time or inform the editor if unable to do so.
4. Responsibilities of the Journal

5. Misconduct and Malpractice
- Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and citation manipulation are considered serious misconduct.

6. Retraction and Correction Policy
